First Jeep and a Newbie

11 KK all stock. Any clubs in RI area that accepts beginners running stock equipment? I would like to see if this is something my family would be interested in doing.

I am a member of Ronin Wheelers of New England. Most members are from RI and Eastern CT. We don't currently have anyone running stock that I can think of, but have had some in the past. We would be game to take you out. Depending on the trail we are running, you could either ride along with another member, or run your own. We wouldn't put you on a trail for which your Jeep is not capable.

Or PM me.

Thanks. In a couple of weeks I will be picking up my skids and hooks and putting them on. I am unable to lift because my fiancee has enough difficulty getting in as it is. I am an amateur photographer and would like to shoot some while out and about as well.

She has a back injury that makes it difficult at times to get in. Lifting it would increase the difficulty.

If you are around today then stop by Warwick City Park. Ocean State Jeepsters will be there between 11-2 (or so) holding our quarterly business meeting and cookout. You can't miss us. There will be about 30 Jeeps parked in a line.

P.S. Our synchronized drinking team will probably hit a local watering hole afterward.

Mind if a Ronin stops by and crashes the party? I'll be in the area all afternoon.
