Oscar I think your KK will be fine. There are plenty of go arounds as well as some optional spots that will be challenging to stock vehicles. The skid plates are a huge plus and tow hooks are a must have.

To test out the trails, we took An unlifted F150 through the entire route using the bypasses. It was able to make the turns and cleared everything without a problem. We figured if that could make it through, then we wouldn't have any problems with the JK Unlimited's, and any other stock jeep SUV

Sounds to me like you need to either:

A.) Tell your boss you are taking the day off or
B.) Start looking for a new job!!!

But seriously, too bad you can't make it. Hope to see you next year. Or sooner.

For everybody else . . . . the day is almost here. Trails are ready to go. Weather forecast is favorable. This is shaping up to be a memorable day.

Is there any schedule, or pre-determined times for trail rides?

As its planned now, rides will run continuously during the day. We are planning on having 2 guided "off road 101" guided rides for those who are new to off-roading.

Yes. Groups of 10-15 will hit the trail every half hour. You need to visit the raffle booth to pick up a (free) trail ticket that reserves your time slot then show up at the staging area 15 minutes before your scheduled time for a drivers meeting.

There are two trails available both of which have obstacles that will be very difficult for rigs without lockers and rocker skid plates but stock Jeeps can easily get through using available by-passes. Be sure to let the staff at the raffle booth know if you are interested in one of the off-roading 101 time slots.

(A flyer explaining all of the above will be handed out when you enter the venue.)
