Good, because its up there, I know a guy, he drove 2 hours last year I'm February, grabbed 2 buckets of dirt, drove home, panned it and got 15 pieces of gold, no a lot, but enough to catch the fever..which is why this will have to be annual lol

ok, so we will leave friday june 7th at like 9am? head up there, stop at clarks trading post, then hop right on the kanc. We will cruise about 28 miles of the kanc to jigger johnson campground, which will work out great because the campground is towards the end of the kanc, so we can go right into conway and hang out, eat, gold pan, and rent tubes and hop in the river. if anyone wants to bring bicycles, kayaks, fishing poles etc. feel free. we can do a little hiking/sight seeing as well. i think this trip will be great, so andrew if you want to set up the new thread with final stuff (if you agree with everything) that would be great. hopefully we can get a few more people. possibly even make this a trip with the girlfriends if anyone wants.

also each site is 22$ and 1 vehicle is included, 5$+ per extra vehicle, so im thinking it could be 3-4 sites with 2 vehicles per site. so it would cost 27$ per site with 2 vehicles, each driver could split that =13.50 per person....i just need to see if we can reserve sites.

ok so heres the deal. Covered bridge and White ledge are the only campgrounds on the kanc that accepts reservations. and of course these ones dont have showers. I would love to stay at jigger johnson however i dont want to take a chance to get up there and have no available sites. so we can either make a reservation at one of the two campgrounds, or we can not make reservations and just play it by ear and go up there. but since we will be there in june i would hate to possibly have no sites available at all
