No clubs up my way.....Littleton, NH. "Legal" wheeling is pretty hard to find too...I mostly hit the old class VI roads that haven't been maintained for years.

Then Start one. It's not that hard.post a few websites that you want to start a club. get some emails from people then do a Jeep run. What I find is don't have meetings that takes time people don't have.

1 come up with a name : lets say N.NH Jeep club
2 write down some rules : say min tire 31" (check other clubs websites)
3 and tow hooks are a must have.

You are on your way.

There is a HUGE wheeling event in NH the weekend of Sept 10-11. Its called the Fall Crawl and is hosted by the Northeast Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs. Literaly hundreds of rigs converge for a weekend of hardcore wheeling and a general great time.

you don't have to join a club that is down the street. Most people have to drive from all over to 4 wheel. there are plently of clubs.

I live in Campton, I have noticed as well that the NH groups are all South. I just got my TJ and have been searching for places to go, and other folks to get together with. I would like to get a group going in this area, designed around mostly stock vehicles, for wheeling class six, camping and such. I cane up with the name "Campton Sixers" or C6, I am working on a logo that would make a cool panel sticker. I don't know about insurance and liability and stuff, so I don't think an actual club is possible right now, but we could get together and have fun in "our" area. What do you think?

I live in Thornton and would also love to know more places to go. My jeep is far from stock but I'll take anything at this point.

best bet is to join a club. clubs go a min of once a month and
they go all over the northeast. You don't have to join a local club.
