Little Monadnock Family Trails (LMFT) CLOSED for mud season & issues

A message from Alex, VP of Little Monadnock Family Trails located in the Troy NH area.

Quote:
Hey all, LMFT is officially closed until the end of May for mud season. We will open up again on Memorial day weekend.

In the past we have been able to keep the trails open all year round relying on people to regulate themselves on the amount of mud but last weekend a group of intoxicated people (suspected to be from Keene State) were out on the trails creating huge ruts and doing a burnout in front of a house at the edge of the property at 2am. If anyone has any information about who was out there please let us (or the Troy Police) know, due to this incident we (working with the highway department and Troy PD) may have to gate the entire property (if that happens the land will still be open to use in LMFT sanctioned events).

Thanks,
Alex
VP LMFT
