It was there when we passed it. You can hear and see my fender hit it

I have not personally been to OFR since mid-summer. NOVA guys from LIOR and NTC (both of which I know very well for years) say the tree was down in Oct when their clubs had separate runs on different weekends, so it apparently is not the same tree/obstacle you delt with last weekend. It is in the NOVA members section, thread titled OFR. Even if we are not talking about the same tree, it's a tree involved as an obstacle that someone 'permanently' removed.

[QUOTE=vwmaniacx;6930393]According to who?
That is me going up obstacle 1.
I KNOW there's a jeep in that pic somewhere... I can't seem to find it though, all I see is a somewhat blurry pic of a potentially hot chic.

I believe it was on the second obstacle. There was a stump there on the upper right of the rock face. However, with the amount of trees down in the area from previous storms, I'm nut sure whether part of it was down and they cut the rest or not. It wasn't a tree that was in the way or by clearing it made the trail easier.

It's officially a road, so I would only use a on-road legal vehicle.

Maybe the difference is flexible coil spring suspension vs. stiff leaf spring suspension? My locked Grand with 32's walks over obstacles that my locked Scout II on 35's struggled mightily.
My club is planning to run OFR next June. Won't get here soon enough.

Great pics!
Was that a club run? If so, what club?
I am in Adams (close to the entrance of OFR) and a member of Western Mass 4x4. You should check them out if you haven't already - good group of guys. Link in my sig.
We should go wheeling sometime!
