I just met a guy from Dayton, he says he has access to a lot of land close by in SW NY. I will find out whats up, maybe we could start our own little club up here.

You could count me in on that. Finding a legal place to wheel that is close to home, is almost impossible.
I've got a friend who's family is willing to let me use their property for quick shakedown runs, but that's all it's good for.

I was just in Williamsport last week for business. I do remember seeing a couple nice Jeeps while I was there.

I'm in too. My girlfriend lives close to there and we both are looking for a place to wheel. Presently we've only been able to wheel on little parcels of property that we need to get permission from. Let me know if anyone wants to meet up sometime or get some emails going around.

Rochester NY here. I am close enough that I could join up in some of this. I know we have a place near us called whispering pines.

Is Whispering Pines a trail or a state park? Is there a fee?

I found it,

48 Townline Road, Lyons, NY 14489

It looks like a good place to get out there and see how the Jeep does. two hour drive from my house.

It's private but open to the public. There is a few but I am not sure off the top of my head what it is. I have a friend with a lifted tj that wants to get me out there. Maybe we can grab every one close enough and set up a time to hit it.

Glad to see another guy from Roch. Let me know if you need any help wrenching, or if you want to meet up otherwise. I'll be going to a Finger Lakes 4x4 Meeting soon (they're having a Whispering Pines meet late in May).
