Trail Ride - Catskill Mountains, NY

Looking to do a trail ride next week and figured I'd send a invite out to anyone who wants to come. **It will be Tuesday, 12/28.** I'd recommend rigs built at or above 33s and at least one locker.

I would not invite people if I thought there would be issue. I've been on a very similar trail with the Hudson Valley 4 Wheelers, they are not a club that goes on illegal trails. It is marked as a road/trail on most maps and it is not blocked off/posted/or "no motorized vehicles beyond this point". However, the trail has not been passed by a jeep in many years, so we are going to have to clear minimal trees from it. If this discourages anyone that's not a problem with me, but these are the only types of trails (not roads) NY offers for Jeeps.

No sir, yours are. I don't know where in CT you live so I can't give you an exact answer. When I said "at least an hour" I meant that it would take an hour to get to the NY/CT border. Everyone is meeting in Woodstock, NY. The trail is 5-10 minutes away from where we would meet. Everything clear now?

..And don't ask the people in Woodstock if their underwear is bunched up.. They'll look at you funny cuz they don't wear any.

Hey I'm not able to make this ride but I have a house 5 minutes from Hunter Mountain, which is roughly 45 mins from Woodstock. This spring/summer I will be towing my YJ up there and would love to wheel with you guys as I don't know any trails up there. If your ever down in NJ your also welcome to wheel with my club anytime, just send me a PM.
