mounting and changing rims n tyres

hi, i want to have my 2013 sahara lifted about 3 inches and have black rims and bolder tyres installed to it! ive been told that if i could drive to Plattsburg, NY i would pay a lot cheaper for the rims and tyres than in Montreal and its only an hour drive which i would definitely enjoy doing in my new sahara )
so, can anyone help me with suggestions as for where exactly to go for the best prices in Plattsburg?
thanks
