I am a member of this club in Corning.

http://www.twistedtoys4x4.com/

We have about 8-10 acres that we lease as part of our dues. We meet on the last Sunday of the month but we are having a 4 club meet on the last weekend Sat and Sun. I also know some legal roads in Steuben and Schuyler County.
