That trail is local to me. There is more land on 347 that is not gated and people wheel on it all the time. Personally if I get the itch I drive 3 hours to the Pine Barrens or I drive 4 hours to Rausch Creek.
There is a LEGAL hunting trail on Hot springs road in Manorville. Its exactly like the Pine Barrens and LEGAL.

suffolk county only really cares about atvs and dirt bikes around here. its when as$holes start cutting locks and running down fences do they start doing stings.

So besides long island... Whats a good ride I can take upstate? Or around long island?

YOUR NOT aloud to say where to ride on long island . j.f dont like it so what you do is grab a few guys from this tread meet somewhere and go any were you want to go from there . i know lots of places on L'I just hook up ride than dont talk about it .

If your a serious off roader then you have to face the facts, Long Island is not the place for you. Plan your trip to Rausch and deal with it.
