Hey guys, I am buying a hard top for my jeep, is $550.00 a good deal for a 2004 top with wiper and defrost in very good shape?

at this time of year, as long as all is in good condition, yes that is a good deal, people are looking to pick those up now for the winter

550 sounds good Mike. I got mine for 500 a year and a half ago and was ecstatic. If its not chipped and has good glass I would grab it in a heartbeat.

The guy says it was hardly ever used and sits in a garage under a cover, glass is all good. I have not found one around here for less than $1000.00 and I don't wan't one that bad.

Yeah, mine was under a cover in a garage. The guy told me that he stopped using it because his girlfriend got tired of helping him take it on and off. For $550 I would go for it. I love my hard top.... Only downside is when wheeling, I am always worried that the glass or fiberglass will get damaged.

Hard top is only for the winter, if I'm wheelin I'll use the soft top.Girlfriend helped him put it on and take it off, that must be one tough chick.

She was either tough or she wasn't and that was the reason she was tired of helping him do the task! Haha, needless to say I got a good deal and I think you have a pretty good one yourself!

Yesterday I got both fuel tanks dropped form the dually. Hopefully this week my new tanks will be here, and I gan get some fuel in the beast and move it to my dads house. Here are a couple pics of the truck in the driveway.

Thats what I like to see, don't waste any time getting that baby on the road. Are you going to either of the Toys for Tots runs, I was going to try to hit BTC on the saturday and then Stone Gardens the next day, but my boss is going hunting that weekend so I have to stay around at least one day for emergency calls. I think Stone Gardens on the 6th, I will be towing with the Grand Cherokee unfortunately, but better than nothing.

I sell Christmas trees starting on Friday, unfortunately the Toys for Tots run will be a no-go for me. Christmas trees consume my weekends 100% this time of year. On a plus side it will be a nice chunk of the dually payed off hahaha!
