What do you think of putting the log bridge where the current go around for the stream is?

thats probably the best spot for the added fear factor. But,,, the only problem with that spot is the traffic jam it creates. With 2 obsticles in the same place it may cause a bottle neck.
We can easily make a log bridge connecting 2 mounds of dirt or bridgeing 2 stone walls

It is def a funnel point and the lack of parking is a constant. There is plenty of space to add a 2nd go around and room needs to be cut to park on the sides of the trail if this is going to work. Seems doable?
The logs would be about a foot above the water which is only about a foot deep so the height seems about right.

Tim, you swapped your frame right? Looks to be pretty close then, time to get it back over here and test it out!

I actually cut and patched the rot and replaced the UCA brackets and rear coil perches. I also had to replace 8 of the body mounts on the tub. Lots of fun. Couple more weeks and I should be good to go. Can't wait to see what it can do!

Going to have an HP30 out of a TJ for sale in a few weeks (just bought the replacement). Will not be posting in classifieds till its actually out of the jeep but figured I'd mention it here to give locals a first look. Here are specs:
4.88 gears (originally setup by East Coast Gear Supply)
Axle has about 1 yr/15k miles of use, everything was refreshed new before it was put in
Timken Unit Bearings
Spicer Ball Joints
Spicer 5-760 Ujoints with full circle C clips
Superior Evolution Chromolly Axle Shafts - 30 spline inner/27 spline outer
ARB air locker
15" Vanco Big Brake Kit w/Black Magic Pads
Barnett Differential cover
USA alloy axle seals
Johnnie Joint conversion on axle side upper control arm mounts
Axle side lower control arm brackets boxed with Currie miniskids
U bolt pinion yoke
Lower half (spring pad) of Currie bumpstop kit
Lower shock mount refabbed for eye mount shocks
Swaybar links raised to allow for driver's side tie rod flip
Driver's side knuckle drilled and with tapered insert for tie rod flip

Have to give some thought to what $$s I'll want for it. If you add all that stuff up even if you do the work yourself its not going to be cheap to replicate that.

Belongs to a friend of mine in Texas. He's put a lot of time and money into it. Races it in many of the west coast desert races. Picture is us doing about 60 across the Baja desert in the NORRA Mexican 1000.
