buffalo jeepers or shops?

hey guys i was wondering if there is anyone that lives in the buffalo area or knows of any good shops. I am putting on my lift and am stuck on lifting the back. Everything is rusty and i feel nervous cutting stuff right next to the gas tank. I am willing to pay if anyone can help.

United 4 Wheel Drive in Clarence did installed a SYE and new rear driveshaft in my '04 TJ a few years ago. They were pretty reasonably priced and a quick turnaround.
