Becasue you dont have to drive over the dirt pile...its a seasonal road on the other end...you can drive up the other end with no issue all the way to the tank trap.
Can't wait to go find it. I drove right past it once when I was out looking. There is an ATV trail off of Hornby Rd about 3/4 mile west of that map coord.
Those coord put you near the corner of Hornby Rd and Chambers Rd. last time I drove past there, I didn't notice anything, but I also wasn't looking. Let me know where it ends up to be. Thanks.
i couldnt tell you how to get there but i know where its at if i drove  if you look on Back Country 4 Wheelers Inc | Home they have a schedule of the mudruns in the bath/hornby area.
I went up there yesterday during the heavy rains, couldn't find anything. When you come up hornby rd off rt 414 and get to chambers rd, if you are to turn right and follow chambers rd it comes to an intersection with **** hollow rd and a road that appears seasonal. I must have been close.
That seasonal road should be it. Let me know if I am right or wrong dinneryeti. There are a few other roads like that in the area and I posted their coords earlier in this post. Let me know when you find it.
Hey thanks for the GPS location. I just found my way there today and a little fun. Didn't get into to much of the nasty stuff as I was alone but hit some good mud holes and what not. No pics in action because again I was alone but have an after shot.
I would love too but I am going on vacation hopefully there will be more this summer.
