I'm in Oneida, NY (half way between Syracuse and Utica). I've been looking for trails or even dirt roads, but haven't found very much if anything around here... If you know of any trails or even like legal service roads around Central or Upstate NY, please let me know!!!

No clue. I've never been there. I know it's good for snowmobiling but I've never heard of anyone wheeling there.

Heard there is a place out on the Island way out somewhere around exit 63 to 70 on the LIE

Guys said it was totally legal, off of exit 71 I think... Would like to take a trip out if anyone's game.
