RCJC how many members do you think will show up?just trying to gain a avrage head count.
Joseph, nice talking to you today. I checked my calendar and the pavilion is available Saturday May 19th.
There's electric, lights, and a large screen TV in there. About 10 full-size picnic tables and a "kitchen" area consisting of a large table and countertop area to set out raffle items or set up food. There will be potties there as well as a dumpster you can put your trash in. If the weather is nice, there are 4 garage doors that can be opened, or if it's raining out, those can be left closed to keep out any wind or rain. Again, weather permitting, there is also a bonfire area and firewood you can use directly behind the pavilion.
The fee to use the pavilion is $100 for a half day (typically mid-afternoon on through the evening). If you wanted to use it for the morning and lunch time as well as into the evening, that is $200. Typically what happens with large events the morning registration for your participants is set up directly in front of the office. That way your people can get signed in with us, and then move on to your registration, and from there they can get staged in their groups. We've had many large rides where this method goes smoothly. If you require preregistration of your participants, just a reminder to not include RC fees in that. Registration will go much more smoothly if you do not do that.
If you have any questions, let me know. Looking forward to this event, as I recently acquired a TJ and will enjoy this event very much.
