Undercoating/Rhino liner near Pittsburgh?

Was looking for a place that does undercoating in the Pittsburgh area. Looking for the heavy duty professional deal. Had one done a few years back at a place called Elias in Bridgeville and he has since closed. He put it on about 2 inches thick and there is still not a speck of rust on frame or underbody after 7 PA winters. Know anyone like that? Thanks!
