Trails in Cumberland/Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg area?

Just recently acquired another Jeep and was wondering if anyone knew of some good trails around the Shippensburg/Cumberland Valley/Harrisburg area?

Nothing around here legal except dirt roads. rausch creek offroad park would be about a hour from you.
