Rausch Creek 4/20 - 4/21
 
I'm heading Rausch for the first time this Saturday. Anyone heading up there? Or anyone who has been have any advice for a Rausch Creek Virgin?

Been there many a times youll have fun. I mainly do blue trails and some blacks. Definitely run the topless for tatas trail its a blast trail 23 is fun also. Whats all done to your jeep?

I'll be there with a friend, we do blue/blacks mostly. What are you running and what modifications do you have?

I have the 2.5L with a 1" BL, 4" Rough Country Suspension Lift and 35X12.5 BFG MTs. As far as drive train it's stock except for the transfer case. I have a Teraflex 4-1.

Solid trip. Considering a spring hanger nearly off the frame on one rig and our late light axles problem, we covered some pretty good terrain.

Took two winches, a high lift, jack stand, and a real solid showing of redneck engineering to get the XJ out of that!

Yes sir, thanks for all the help getting out of that situation guys. I might have talked the wife into chromolly shafts so that doesn't happen next time.
