i live in jackson twp nd have a red yj on 31s i sometimes wheel up the tilbury knob (top of the world) or plymouth flats(where the mudbog is held) we should go wheelin sometime

mtnbktrek 02-16-2009 10:05 AM

almost said i ride the knob but i wheel the knob sounds better. anyway i have not been there in a while did they level the rest of that area out?can you still get to the lookout? i knew that kid that stole the dozer a few years back before they ruined that area and the flats get boring after a few times what about the nanticoke IP ?

Axl Jack 02-16-2009 03:19 PM

Hey guys... I'm a student at Bloomsburg Univ but I travel home to the Scranton area (Old Forge) every weekend to bartend.

If anyone is headed out to wheel, I'd like to join.... but actually I have to repair an axle seal over spring break along with replacing my steering box. And as soon as thats done I'm switching insurance over to my Honda and parking the Jeep in the garage until May.... but I swear I'd like to wheel sometime if you want to add me as a JeepSpace "friend" ha ha That sounds so corny.

CLIMEY 02-17-2009 07:32 AM

you can still get up to the lookout or the top but it is all dozed flat up where they were working you can get there going up avondale hill through someones property i have never had a problem going through it we used to drink allthe time up avondale hill and i might know the same kid who stole a dozer haha

CLIMEY 02-17-2009 07:33 AM

i was never at the nanticoke ip other than my dirtbike you can go up to the larksville landfill and climb up some rocky hills its pretty cool but boring after a while

armada505 02-24-2009 07:08 PM

i have to wait 2 more months to gte my license then i will be up for some wheeling trips. and does your yj have bushwacker flares
