New Trails near Hazleton

I am not sure if this place is known or if its even right to wheel there but I found a pretty cool spot this weekend geocaching. I figured I would post the spot and maybe somebody more knowledgable could chime in.

Its up near hazleton and the people i was with told me there were SGL but I have never seen SGL where you can drive all over. There is a road that goes back into the woods and eventually there is a clearing that looks pretty fresh. I guesstimate its about 5-10 acres at least. There are some clear roads/trails and there were a bunch of other people back there beside us. Even saw a pretty well set up xj on its way out.

Well here are the coords. Let me know what you all think.

N 40 51.134' W 076 05.215'

Those aren't exact but you go about 1000' past that and you can see the area I am talking about. If you see the busted up trailer you are in the place I am talking about.

I think you found a place where wind turbines will be built. They need good open areas to get the large blades and tower parts in by truck. It may be empty now, but when the big heavy, and expensive, equipment gets moved in there will be guards watching out for crooks and vandals. NEPA is noted for crooks that will take anything that is not nailed down good, and if they can not take it they will destroy it just for spite. It's a way of life from the old coal mine days. This is why there is not any places you can go off road in NEPA.

That is certainly possible but it didn't seem like an obvious place for wind turbines.
