That place has been "nearing completion" for two years.

If their plans all come through going to be a great place. Going to cater to a lot broader range of activities and have better facilities than RC. Attended Jeep Jamboree there last year. I believe they have broken ground on some of the facilities. It has taken awhile, but note that this is on public land so there were a lot of hoops for them to jump through.

Attended this year's Jeep Jambo. At the driver's meeting, they stated that by next year they expect to have an operating campground and visitor's center.

Nice soundtrack.
Wish I had known about it.
I've been west of there on two and four wheels in the past. There's a lot to play on if you know where to find it.

If you want/need another wheel, PM me when you go. I'd be into it but have no idea what to look for and I, personally, wouldn't go alone.

Hey gang.... Trying to put a little spark back into this to see if there is still any interest. Is anyone looking to get out there anytime soon? I love to take a drive out there on a Saturday or Sunday one of these upcoming weekends or even a little closer to springtime.... Surprising enough the wife actually enjoyed doing a little local wheeling last weekend and is asking to do it again. Didn't want to chance too much whne we were out alone and the trails weren't overly exciting.
