I haven't been in at the summit lawn place in a couple years. I would just go in on the bottom, cross the stream, go up the powerline and then out. Is there more to do back in there?

up the power lines is just a steep incline w/ rocks...usually i just go across the stream and up to the mud holes...it's easy to get to if anyone wants to go check it out...

from 78 East:

Summit Lawn Exit, turn right
First right onto Lanze Lane

take it alllllllll the way to the end, it almost seems like you're going in a driveway but keep going...you'll actually go past like a shed type thing, but just keep going no matter what ya might be thinking...from there it turns to a trail...when you come to a split go left instead of the other option which would be more straight...then you just keep going up the first hill and come to the mud pits, i think there's usually like 4 of em...it's mostly water but there is some mud...

after that you can go up along the powerlines, it gets a lil crazier/tighter up there...but it's fun to try some...

I'm waiting for a lil rain to hop up there again, it's been a few months since i've gone...and i got my 2 in lift on now so i'm ready to go play...

wifey worked a double today and after all the talkin botu summit lawn i figured i'd take a hike up there n see how it was...it was ok, the one water hole actually had a lil mud to play in but for the most part it was relatively dry...these are a few pix i got, the last two i climbed the rock near the creek and got a lil toooo high and thought i was gonna tip, so i backed off just a lil for the pic...

i think it would really rock if someone had a backhoe or something and could dig a few more holes up there, or one big one kinda in the middle so it's not so close to the woods...the hole w/ the mud is all the way to the right near the trees and **** so it makes it hard to actually play in the mud...

enjoy

I missed your post yesterday. Did you get out there? I haven't seen all there is to do back there but from what it looks like I doubt you'd get stuck. Just don't go in there in the snow by yourself, I found that out the hard way.

Tommorow is my last day off before starting a new job and I'll be available in the afternoon if you want to head in there. I might be able to get out sunday for a little bit too but I'm going to rausch creek sat so I'll have to see how that goes. I'll pm ya my cell.
