Chop my front bumper for $.

I have a tj front stock bumper and I want to get it chopped to a rockcrawler style. Problem is I do not have the a sawzal or dremel. Would anyone want to do this for some $$$/beer? Oh I live in Lancaster,PA.

if you know how to do it, why not rent a sawzal or similiar tool from lowes, home depot, etc. just a suggestion. good luck though finding someone to help.
