Chalfont here but my dad works outta the airport next to coatesville which is by Lancaster and I help him out there.

Coatesville Airport is in Chester County, and quite a few miles from Lancaster. Somewhat close to the Lancaster County Line, but not very close to lancaster.


I'm here in Doylestown at Del Val. If anyone ever needs help turning wrenches on a weekend give me a shout, that is if I'm not going home to work in the CJ like this weekend..hehe. Always looking to go wheeling too, just don't have the jeep down here...yet. It's in pieces now in the middle of a tub swap done the right way but it'll get there eventually.

True but I guess when it's a hour drive to work and another hour back I guess I don't consider 1/2 a hour that far away. We actually go to a Amish hardware store occasionally. we used to live in Lancaster back when my dad worked for a guy named Shipley on his mustang and corsair. Then he got hired by Jim Beasley who was based out of northeast and then we moved to Chalfont which is 1/2 a hour away from northeast airport in Philly. And then he died and his son Jim Beasley jr built his own hangar back at MQS and here we are again.

we should all meet up and fill the brickhouse parking lot on 611 near the turnpike entrance some night and have some food and beers

I'm up for a meet. I heard a rumor this weekend that the new Off Road Park in Shamokin is going to be a Jamboree site in 12. Can anybody confirm?
