I had a very good time. Took the black trail and the Red trail. Black was too easy and there was a lot of waiting because some people thought 29 inch all terrains were a good idea on a 5-6 rated trail. Red was a lot of fun. I wish that they would create another trail that is as hard or harder than red. I will post the few pics I took tomorow and some videos as well.
I ran black on Friday and red on Saturday. The trails were a little congested on the black trail. However the red trail was awesome. The trail guides were amazing on both trails, my wife and I had a great time.
I will be registering for the 2012 Jamboree as soon as possible.
Just got back from our first Jamboree. We did the Yellow and Brown trails and what a great time. Our guides, all of them, couldn't have treated anyone better or more welcomed than they did. They were above and beyond great people.Everyone on the trail was fun and all had a great time.Couldn't have asked for a better vacation.Hope to be back next year!!!
Hopefully my Jeep will be up for going next year. This is Kyle's brother Erik. I prob wouldnt do the black or red trails though unless at least my rear is locked by then, hopefully it will be! Nice videos Steve!
First Jamboree, me (green 2 door) and my buddy (red 4 door) did brown on Friday and purple on Saturday. Brown was fun but not challenging in the least. Purple on the other hand was a great time on both fronts... Todd and his dad George were awesome trail guides and a bunch of fun to chat with.
We already signed up for the Laurel Highlands Jamboree and will definitely be back to Penn's Woods... will run red and black next year.
I've got a jet ski sitting in storage that would fund a whole iceland offroad kit (bumper, flares, and sliders) if sold... I may very well list it on craigslist in the next week... Otherwise, IRO Premium since they cover the rockers (existing damage) second best. Sean is camping until tomorrow, but will be editing when he gets back. I'll you know!
