I'm in Oxford, best place to wheel is probably Rausch Creek Off Road Park. I was there this past weekend and will be heading up again August 14th for the Topless for Tatas charity ride. A lot of people also head over to Warton State Forest in Southern Jersey

Theres a few small LEGAL areas in southern lancaster and york also. Just mainly unmaintained, washed out roads, but still fun!
