A couple of quick points to highlight for the event...
The event has been sold out for weeks.
The $10 event fee only covers your admission to the event as well as your admission to the after party. You are responsible for paying all Rausch Creek fees the day of the event directly to Rausch Creek and must pay your Rausch Creek fees prior to heading out for the trails.
You are responsible for providing your own lunch. No lunch services are available at Rausch Creek.
The Bent Spoon (a Topless for TATA’s event sponsor) will be on hand at lunch time selling gelato and cupcakes. All proceeds will be donated to the Topless for TATA’s Charity Wheeling Event.
You can pick-up your event apparel pre-orders and goodie bags on Friday, August 5th (Time TBD) at the Hampton Inn, Pine Grove as well as the morning of the event. Pickup on August 5th is preferred.
Driver’s photo id must be presented at Topless for TATA’s registration booth when checking in. Each participant will be given a TFT event bracelet.
Only registered event participants will be eligible to take part in the event raffle. The bracelet must be worn at all times and must be visible when purchasing raffle tickets.
No bracelet = No raffle tickets!
We have worked very hard with our sponsors this year to ensure our raffle is second to none. With that being said that is why we are limiting raffle ticket sales only to event participants. Please refrain from purchasing raffle tickets for non-event participants who may be on-site.
At the after party we will provide pizza and soda free of charge to all event participants.
The after party will be held at The Hampton Inn, Pine Grove following the raffle.
Seating for the raffle and at the after party may be limited, please bring a chair.
Only cash will be accepted for raffle ticket purchases.
We will have a very limited amount of additional apparel on hand for purchases but will have the “got tata’s” shirts available for purchase at the event.
There is a beer/soda/water distributor located in Pine Grove that will be open until 9pm on Saturday, August 6th.
The event agenda is posted on the website.
Daily park fees and passenger fees are paid to Rausch Creek the day of the event.
