Atchafalaya Basin Trails

Does anyone in the Basin area know of places to go ride? I got off the interstate at whiskey bay exit this past weekend to take a pit stop and noticed 3 4x4s covered in mud. I talked to my gf's dad and he said when he was younger, they would go ride trails off that exit. Anyone know if these type trails exist?

Cheers from Baton Rouge

This area is off I-10 and is pretty much the middle of the basin bridge. Just to clarify where it is I'm talking about.
