Superlift Park and Hot Springs?

Me and my fiancÚ are thinking of coming up labor day weekend. We plan to bring a tent and camp. Is there anywhere to swim in or near the park? Also, the LSU game is going to be on that Saturday night. Is there any good restaurants that would have the game on? Not really looking for a loud bar, but a place to chill and be able to watch the game.

I just got back from there about 2 hours ago, LOL. Are you camping at the park itself or nearby? I know there is a KOA not too far from there that has a rather nice pool, from what I've heard. It's on Grand avenue, I think? I don't know about the game. When we eat out at night, I'm usually too tired from wheeling to pay much attention to the TV.

We are planning to stay at the park. Is the 1,2 rated trails pretty easy and relaxing cruise through the woods? How are the 3s? We are new to the wheelin and I really don't need to really tear up the ride while I am there, so we can at least make it back home.

You should be able do 1's and 2's with a stock rig. Mostly a nice trail through the woods, with a little hill climbing tossed in. Try to find a few others to ride with so you're not out alone. I'm pretty sure somebody from MidSouth Jeeps will be there that weekend and that's our go-to park. You can ask one of them politely which trails they would recommend, given your Jeep's overall ability.

I think you can dowload a map from ORVpark.com and see the trails and ratings. That way you can kind of get a general idea of where you can go before you even get there.

1s and some 2s would be fun in your rig.

Thank you sir for your service and God Bless! When you get back, and you want to go to the park, and if you want someone to tag along, send me a PM. I'm always up for it!

My son got his orders and I'm hoping to get him to the park before he's sent off.

There is an amusment park not far from the park that has a water park, here is the link:

There are some restaurants in town that might air the game.
