Any one know of some good wheelin places around Arnold/St.louis?

Hey I'm Joe. I'm new on here. I was just seeing if any anyone else lives close and has good spots to wheel?

Might get on the forum midwestjeepthing.com as well and ask around. There are several spots I know those folks go regularly. Introduce yourself and say hey ! Also, glad to have you on here !!

i go down by the river access in kimswick. off of highway 61-67
haven't been anywhere els yet.
there's a few big mud slus and trails that run around a bit. haven't explored them all.

Thanks tomb raider. And yeah Rodgers 3 I've been back there a few years ago with my old xj. It was a lot of fun but the kimswick cop stoped us on the way out. He didn't really do anything tho. Just told us not to go back there anymore When you want to go definitely hit me up tho!

haven't been stopd yet.
i go out there alot in the summer.
might go one day after it snows real good.

well kimswick area has been closed
till someone moves the barriers.

Hey guys, I went to Moonlight Racing Off Road park back in October and had a good time. It's not quite Arnold but it's not too far, and my GPS took me the back way down HWY 30 so it was a nice drive there and back.

Check this out. You can follow in MWJT for formal events or post on your own and go on random day and try to get a few others down. A little over an hour outside St. Louis.

Flat Nasty is just outside Salem, MO. (http://www.flatnasty.com/)
Southern Missouri Offroad Ranch (SMORR) is in Seymour, MO, towards Springfield. (http://smorr.net/)

Even though its a drive, SMORR is awesome and if you have time to spend a weekend there you won't regret it.

Flat Nasty had some nice trails, but very quickly went from extremely easy to very difficult. The jeeps I was there with were very mildly built so we went from bored to not able to do anything quickly. Was only there for 6 hours or so and their map wasn't very good, so I wouldn't doubt that there were better trails that I missed.

Haven't been to Wa****a yet, plan to check it out in the near future.
