I have a very large fan. It is on a stand and oscilates (however you spell that). Its not super loud but its not quiet either. You are welcome to borrow it.
Where is your wedding?
Shamless plug...my family owns a catering business in Orange. The Garden District. The rent all kinds of stuff like tables and chairs and table clothes, linens...all kinds of stuff...and of coarse she does food. My mom is Linda....883-9889
I don't personally know anyone with a port a cool...sorry.

Red light actually reduces strain on your eyes and preserves nightvision better than any other color
My dash is getting pretty dim original bulbs finally burning out, might be a nice cheep upgrade to go to leds
