Wheelin spot north of Lake Lewisville

Wanted to update a new spot I found this past weekend and hopefully the investigators of this forum can tell me who owns it, whether it be private or public land

33.226061, -97.054381

put these coordinates in google to see the map and zoom in to see all the trails. Alot of elevation change in this area, lots of hills/cliffs

some of the land is public hunting land. this is what i have found out so far which is core land:

One of my buddies told me it was the cities??
Just so you know there are no gates that i saw, and no "no trespassing" signs. The trails are heavily traveled and you can tell that people frequent this area alot. I also saw some decently fresh horse tracks. Also there appears to be atv trails as well that go to the right into the core land.

also i saw some other dudes out there that "thought" it used to be some kind of park and then privately owned but the owner died or something. idk see what yall can dig up. pretty legit place LOTS of climbs mud holes/pits/ and even some atv trails, that most jeeps can make it through...
