South houston area

Finally bought a jeep this past September and the family and I are (happily) hooked! The only problem is that I work in the oilfield and don't get to drive it much, but when I'm in, I make every excuse to take it out somewhere. I am wondering if there are any clubs or something around the south Houston area that are looking for members. Any info or feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance...

Creekside Edge in splendora is pretty small, 350 acres or so. I've taken my 4 wheeler, but never my jeep. Down South Offroad in Crosby is having a Mardi Gras party from Feb 13-17. It's around 700 acres. General Sam's, 700 acres, is having a Mardi Gras party the weekend after DSO. All of these places are muddin parks. Here is a list I've been putting together of parks in reasonable driving distance:

Creekside Edge - Splendora
Gen Sams - Huntsville
Down South Offroad - Crosby
Shiloh Ridge - Alto
Hidden Falls - Austin
TX Offroad Ranch - Huntsville
Brazos Valley Offroad Ranch - Bryan
Canyons Offroad Park - Fredericksburg
Gator Run - Longview
Barnwell Mtn - Gilmer, TX - Need TX ORV sticker and no drinkin on trails
SuperLift ORV Park - Hot Springs, AR
