Planning a move....

Planning a move in late summer (aug 1~ish) to either the Dallas or Houston area. I'm from NE Indiana currently, no real good wheeling opportunities close. Yes, we've got The Badlands park, but that's a good 3-4 hour drive away, with the trailer....

Wondering if there is any good wheeling places down there? Hopefully something closer.....

Also....any good boneyards or 4x4 fabrication shops down there?

Texas has the most salvage yards in the world. And where there's salvage yards, there's metal fab. Kennedale seems to be a hot spot for this. It's right underneath Fort Worth, which is as you may know, the FW half of D/FW.

I suggest moving to Dallas, because even syphilis is preferable to Houston.
