Also, I'm from Allen area and work in Anna, are there any trails up north? I have a boat at Grandpappy Marina at Texoma out of Exit 70 (I think its exit 70 might be 71, one by the railroads) Any trails out there? Or in Melissa, Anna, Van alstyne, Celina, Westin area? Also, that place by lake lewisville I may be down for that if y'all still meet up and go!

Ok I'm gonna bring this up from the dead..... Anyone found anything else? I live in Gainesville and grew up on Texoma, I know alot of the trails in the area. I wanna see more, maybe up on the OK side behind Winstar there are some decent trail, never ran into a game warden so far.

I was out there right after they opened. Not too much to go though they may have more trails cut now, not too sure. Haven't been back.

Is this thread dead? Was reading the first page last night. Did anyone ever say they knew or had actually been to slickem slough? I grew up in slickem. Anyone wanna go I'm down. I'll show you around. Its pretty dry as of a few weeks ago but may get a little soppy after today. I went down most of the trails in my 2wd grand and didn't have a problem. Of it gets wet I may need a tug through one or two of the holes.
