I live in Richardson and it wasn't bad at all. I only used less than half a tank all day. I do recommend going with a group, it's pretty easy to get lost out there.

Thanks man!! I took it out last weekend on its maiden voyage.. it did pretty well for being open diffs. I got up some pretty good stuff. Close to the end of the trip I almost flipped it on the waterfall. I had the front driver tire about 5 foot off the ground pushed in the clutch and rolled back out of it. I will have to wait for a few months before I try it again. I did rip some chunks out of the tires, got rock rash on those nice pretty rims, and bent the tie rod. All in all it was a great day.

Waterfall location bump.
In other news, me and a few others are gonna try and he'd down to the rock trails at tolar the weekend after next if anyone would like to go. We are all mild builds so if you have a buggy on one tons, cough cough mgd, don't expect anything exciting if you wheel with us

sorry for the delay..... the waterfall really isnt a real waterfall its just what we locals call it. however its still a pretty nasty obstacle. i have seen some badass rigs not make it. there is a lot of good trails up here in Amarillo and there are trails for just about every rig. there are several things the buggy wont do and there are things for a stock grand on street tires. when yall get ready to make a trip this way ill do my best to show everyone around.
