Hey all! Just moved from State College, PA back home to the great state of Texas! I live in Addison, north of DFW. Anyone know of some good places to wheel?

Bridgeport is about an hour north of Fort Worth http://www.cityofbridgeport.net/index.aspx?NID=322

The first few clips in that video are actually from a local spot in Benbrook. But the rest is Bridgeport

Rock Trails of Tolar is about an hour southwest (right past Granbury on 377) http://www.rocktrails.com/

Barnwell Mountain is in Gilmer, which is a couple hours east. I hear it's incredible, but have not made it out there yet. http://www.barnwellmountainra.com/

My birthday is on the 15th. I was thinking of doing a run to Bridgeport the Saturday afterwards (the 16th) if anyone wants to join.

edit: nevermind. Just found out that i'll be closed that weekend. Damn.

I haven't been since they opened. I lead a group during the grand opening day and cut, or blazed, many of those trails. The last time I went out there four of the trails I made were so torn up the Jeep going up them almost flipped backward. It is a fun park. The 'creek trail' is the most fun, but you can lose a tire if you're not careful. I don't know what they named it. When I always went, you just had to know where you were going.

Whatever happened to Rock Creek out towards Santo?
