Montgomery county TX

I may be moving down to the Conroe area and would like some info from people in the area. What do you think of the area? Is it a good place to raise kids? Cost of living? Any and all info would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure of that area, but here is a few links to the "Grand" community in Texas.

I moved to Texas about 7yrs ago from CO. It's not bad, but I sure do miss the mountains.
Introduce yourself on the forum, a good decent bunch in the threads I listed above.

Only found one decent jeep trail. Ran it for about an hour before it got too narrow. Was up in the north end around stubblefield lake. Going to check out the west end around Montgomery and report back.

Sam Houston National Forest is a good place, too.

MoCo is a nice area to live in. If I didnt have to live close to downtown Houston for work I would live in Montgomery County.

I'll need a new holster for my Taurus. I'll be coming to see you.
