Houston Jeepers; a new offroad park

Hello Guys/Gals
Just putting the word out that there is another offroad park open up in Huntsville. It's called Texas Offroad Ranch.

I went last weekend just to check it out. I had a good time. I went alone just to scout so didn't try anything to crazy, but had a good look around. It's apparently 6 weekends old, so the trails are still a bit of wilderness. But it was very cool to see the beginnings to trails and the park itself.

The two big selling points for me are;
1. It has not been taken over by arb's or moto cross. Heck no one has taken anything over from what I could tell.
2. They actually have rocks. There is a flat rock garden set up a couple hundred yards long. And there is a random hill in the middle of the park with hill climbs on different paths.

In closing, I do not work or have any relation to this place, but just wanted to get the word out about it. It would suck to have a park go belly up with options around us are so scarce. I will put up some crappy phone pics soon.

Anyone know any more about this? My fiance goes to school at Sam Houston, so this would sweeten the deal when I go to visit her

The guys in my club say they are making upgrades constantly to the park. It's privately owned too.
