Agreed

The problem is that I applied, but they never followed through. It's been 6 months now and no word, even with help from the group president

TX4wd is very over-rated imo.

Few other good clubs. Gulf Coast Crawlers, Cypress Offroad, Texas Jeep Owners. All good clubs with good knowledgable peeps.

I would just like to let everyone know that "Tinyjeep" was in a very bad accident on his way to Hidden Falls on FM 1431 this weekend. His Jeep rolled and landed on top of him. He was rushed to Seton Memorial Hospital in Round Rock, TX. He is stable but critical condition now and he should make a complete and full recovery. He will be in the Hospital for the next several days.

I wasn't there, but I saw the info posted on the FB page for Houston Jeep People and thought I'd post here in case any of his friends are unaware of his situation.

hi guys, i just recently bought a 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara and i want to go with some smaller rims with bigger tires. i have no idea if i can go that route without getting a lift kit. whats the maximum tire size with 15 or 16's can i go without any rubbing issues? thanks a bunch! im willing to talk on the phone if thats faster. im going for a look similiar to this but without having to lift. maybe a lift later down the line

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jeep-...item2567d5332b

this looks like there is no lift??
