When did you go to Gilmer and see alot of traffic? We've been twice now and only saw 1 jeep the first time, and a few dirt bikes and quads this last time. I'd actually prefer more traffic. Atleast I could take a break and watch.

I haven't been to Gilmer in about a year, but since they ticked off the largest Jeep club in Northeast Texas, I understand traffic has been pretty slow there. Lone Star Jeep Club by far did more work at Barnwell, and hosted several runs there every year with attendence sometimes over 100 Jeeps. Due to new legal wording, and the President of TMTC unwilling to even discuss a compromise, LSJC is no longer hosting events there.

There has been quite a bit of traffic the last couple of times I was out there, BUT nothing like there used to be...
