Checked out a new(to me) spot near Ft Worth

The wife and I checked out a place about 45 min west of Ft Worth near Tolar, TX today called Rock Trails (http://www.rocktrails.com):

It was a good day, the place is on about 700 acres. They are still in the process of building trails aparently. I just happened to find them online when my regular spot decided to close for New Years Eve/Day. Pretty cool place for anyone in the area, although the price is steep for a park that isn't fully developed yet, IMHO ($30/rig/day)

Thought you guys might be interested, legal wheeling areas within a couple hours of me are pretty sparse and I like to find new places to go when I can.

Sorry if this place is well known, I just found it last night and decided to check it out since Bridgeport was closed for the weekend.

You're not supposed to drive in the creek.

Its just a picnic area at the back corner of the land no reason to cross it
