Best Summer Riding????

I've been on the internet looking for some good places to ride this summer. I'm a teacher/coach and will have the summer off and wanting to try some new places. I live in alto, so i've been to shiloh 100's of times and also General Sams in Huntsville. I've got a 84 cj7 with 33's , 4.56 and detroits front and rear. But still have the amc 20 and dana 30.

Anyways, i've read about Long Ranch, Canyon, K2, the place in Gilmer, just wondering if i've missed any good ones. Looking to ride a few rocks, and mud, but also really like the creek beds. What do you guys think. I'll prolly be going with another Tj w/ 35's, 44 & 8.8 with 5.13's. Just somewhere to ride, maybe swim, and drink some cervasa's.
