Also, do you know if they have any requirements to actually off road? I know some places with insane stuff require a winch and stuff but I know HF has easy trails so I don't imagine they'd require as much. But if they require one of those Texas OHV things or whatever it's called i'd have to buy that ASAP.

hidden falls is a privately owned property that is self ran. No need for an OHV sticker. And honesty they don't have any requirements for vehicles. You can take your WRX out there and rally it up if you wanted. They have like recommend stuff like level 5 you need lockers and 36's or larger but I've dragged many jeeps through all levels at HF. And don't worry I have a winch and so will a few other of the people I have going.

I know what you mean - there's a never ending wish list of things to buy for the Jeep. The CB was only $42 at Fry's, so I went ahead and bit the bullet. The antenna will be another $30-40 or more, depending on the mount. I might just use a magnetic mount for now.

Well right now I'm paying off a Engagement/Wedding ring set for the GF, then I'm buying a set of sliders, a lift, new tires for my TJ Rubicon wheels I have plus mounting and yada yada. Theres gonna be a bunch of other odds and ins like a CB w/ mount and firestick (w/ mount) and interior goodies but the sliders, lift, and tires are the big 3 purchases coming this year/early next year.

Congrats on the engagement! You've got a great wish list for your Jeep - I will be doing similar stuff to my YJ at some point.

If I ever get married (again), it'll be to a woman who will give up the expensive engagement ring so that we can go to Moab, UT in the Jeep. I'm guessing that I'll be single forever

Depending on how this week goes, I may try to make it out as well.... Not sure what the wife has planned as of yet. I'll be in touch. Might have a buddy tag along, if he doesn't bring his 04 C1500. He likes the mud!

And congrats on the soon-to-be engagement!

Saturday March 9th, 4 Wheel Parts in Austin (7930 Anderson Square) is having a Jeep meet up with food and drinks, bringing out the RTI ramp to test your suspension flex.

Bring out your rig and your lawn chair and be ready to talk to other jeep owners.

There will be a sale going on inside if you need any new accessories ie winch, lights, tires, lift kits etc....

Everything starts around 11 and goes until 3.

Hope to make this a huge Jeep turnout
