I looked at the other vids you guys had. I've yet to go DOWN that obstacle on Bronco Buster, but JCArnold made going UP that thing look easy!
I was making up for the major F-up on North Pole earlier in the day.

Had a great time y'all. Thanks for your help breaking in my new JK and the wheeling tips along the way.

I really wanna go back and conquer that ledge on Bronco Buster! I think if I picked a different line I might be able to make it!! Just didn't have it in me on my first day after being out all day and seeing your buddy in the FJ bust out his window. I check out what I bottomed out on. It was the skid plate bar on the driver side that connects to the frame under the passenger seat. In hind sight, I might have been fine to push on through as it was.

I think you will do fine, first time out with a new jeep. I was gun shy the first time out with the jk. They are tough, not indestructible but tough.

I wouldn't classify it as a major F-up, at least you tried it. Your winch just wanted to get a little work out while it was out there.

Thanks for the pics, I now have a new desktop background.

It was nice to meet nomad, perkalater, and gtt1. Hopefully we can do it again soon.

I've done it in the YJ without trouble so my overconfidence led me to that problem.

You were really close to getting up it in the JK. If you could have got the front driver tire to grip on that rock you would have had it.

Either way it was a good time and fun watching you give it a shot.
