so, just curious other than jeeping, what is there to do at hidden falls. i'm going to be out there with my wife, sister and brother in law and the ladies are wondering what there might be to do if they get tired of riding in the jeep?

ATV / motocross trails, shooting range, swimming hole, equestrian area (if ya got horses), camping, paintball.

Why would ladies get tired of riding in a jeep? Let them drive so they can partake in the fun or leave them at base under a tree with the beer cooler.

Marble Falls is not far for them to go shop or something too while you Jeep.

Yeah I checked the site but didn't see that there was swimming . I knew of the other activities but was mostly wondering about swimming and hiking. Is there any day hike trails?

Well, on one of the trails there's a swimming hole. Over by Royal Gorge. I seen the sign last time we were there. Not sure of any hiking trails. I guess you could,.... Just watch out for the MX/ATVs/UTVs/Jeeps!

Haha, can't just leave the van back at camp, it had to get some action in too! How was the rest of your trails after we parted ways?

It was good time, I am now looking for some side armor! Some of those rocks hurt the paint a bit.
I appreciate the advise on the MT/R's, I will be considering a set.
Thanks

So, Wife and I went out to Hidden Falls this past Friday.
Basically, stayed on park Road 1 (level 1) and Park Road3 (level 2) along with level 1 trails.

JK Sport with the stock 17 Wheels/tires was just fine for all of that. The issue was the driver and passenger.

That place is going to be a LOT of fun for me over the next months/years.

Was nice to stay on the easy trails, start to learn what stock JK Sport can do and also start to learn how to drive it in the trails.

next up - More aggressive tires and then get back out there, continue to learn the capabilities of the Jeep and improve mine and figure out what comes next.

It will be a while till I learn enough to even worry about a lift with larger tires then say.. 265/70/17 on stock wheels, so I am quite happy for now.
