That's about the time I wanted to head out. Any way he'd want to meet and caravan?

Don't forget to save us a camping spot.

Hey I got a deal from this ups guy on some speaker stuff. Check it out :
Alpine 4 channel amp
fosegate (sp?) 2 channel amp
fosegate 10in subwoofer in box
2 Boston Acoustic 6x9's in boxes that fit over the wheel well thingy in the back
I'm getting all that for $200 soon.

Now will my system be good like yours? At least I know it will be better than Tim's

did you ask if the boxes where for a YJ or a TJ? I know it used to work real well, but with the wider seat in a TJ the fender wells aren't as big or square and to be honest, I have never seen a TJ with boxes there, BTW, it is still a rubi, and chicks dig the rubi................to be continued

Luckily he had the same year TJ I have so it's perfect. And Al's right, chicks do dig the rubi...even if they don't know what a rubicon is.

I have two 10" subs in the back and 2 6X9's in the soundbar. I think my amp is 600 watts but i'll have to check that out to make sure that i'm not lieing to you. Sounds like you're getting a pretty good setup though and you're spending a lot less than i did .

I thought it was a pretty good deal. And at this point I'd be impressed with just about any sound change in my jeep.

By any sound change, do you mean more than 2 speakers working?

You better watch out. If JR only saw your orange truck he would ROFL. And yes, by that I meant the two speakers working. If anyone has some speakers they don't want, call me

You wanna race? I'll tear you up with Orange. I'll sell you a center console with a sub in it... never been offroad or seen dirt.

Hey, thought I'd drop in and say hey since I'm in the north Houston area! Looks like you guys had a blast at spring creek this past weekend. I just got some info about spring creek from a guy and me and another guy want to head out there this saturday. Sounds like from this thread there is something else going on, but thought I'd throw it out there. It would be nice to meet some more jeepers!
