I wish they made them bigger than 35's for a 15" wheel

Not so good. Can't seem to get preapproved. credit is good, but just started this job so everyone lowballs me. They offered me 70k instead of the 100k I asked for. I was like, "Nope. See ya". I stopped looking till I get a preapproval, but I've had my eye on quite a few.

One woman had the nerve to ask, "how do you have 15k for a down payment if you only make $blank K a month?" I said, "Dont you worry, I got my s*** straight. Just give me money"

lol...they are coming. I was actually really surprised i can still run 65-70 mph on the freeway in 5th gear with the new rubber. I'll save up more $$$ and probably re-gear when I do the axle 8.8 swap.

Gabe, be patient. Your time will come when fate sends it, and then it will all be worth it. Ask me how I know?

Nick, where are you planning on honeymooning?

In a way I'm okay with it because it means I can save up alot more and possibly get a second car. But I also wanted to take advantage of the tax credit they're giving me if I buy by the end of this year.

Thinking of getting a V8 Commander or Grand. That oughta tow the jeep just fine.

edit: how do you know

Jeep is supposed to be ready today ... will be nice to have it all patched up and ready to hit the trail.

Was woried that the axle might have been bent and would need to be trussed but its all straight. Now that i found out its straight i'm a little disapointed because i was going to convert it to a 3 link if i had to have a truss built for it

Well, I had looking for a house in the past, and my budget allowed me a fairly nice house but south of where I wanted to be in the county. The taxes were higher there, the schools not as good, the neighborhoods not as nice, etc. Luckily at the time I was single and fairly nonchalant about it all so i got lazy and never made a move.

Then, a year or two later after Starla and I had gotten together i had more money for a down payment and could then afford to move up to the Clear Creek school district and live in League City, much better than Texas City, La Marque, and Dickinson.

So, the waiting and frustration of my first round of house hunting was replaced by elation and satisfaction.......I feel it everytime I come home from work and sink into the couch!!!!

haha, if we wait 2 years we'll have a $30k credit, $2500 stimulus check mailed to everyone who votes for Obama for re-election, and nationalized health care. lmao. Ohhhh the government.
